Lowell 51 Lincoln 23

After 9 of the 14 weights were wrestled, Lincoln was leading Lowell 23-21 but the last 5 weights Lowell picked up 4 pins and 1 forfeit to give them 30 more points and win 51-23.  Ricky Noncon, Jacen Canales, Jose De La Cruz-Torres all lead the team with wins by pins.  The young Lincoln team hopes to reverse some of the decisions when the wrestlers meet again next month for the AAA finals.  This was the team’s last home dual of the season but the AAA finals will be wrestled at home this year.    Next week the team will travel to Washington High School for a tri-meet against Wash and Mission.
